About Us

Important Update!

On September 27, 2024 it was announced that Texas Archives had been acquired by Iron Mountain.  Iron Mountain is committed to working with you to continue to build upon the high level of service that Texas Archives has provided over the years and will do so with the same friendly staff you have come to know and rely on.

Our staff is busy working on the integration process to enable us to build upon the high levels of service you came to expect from Texas Archives. This process will take about six months to complete but some of the changes have already taken place.

The conversion of our inventory software, O’Neil, to Iron Mountain’s SafeKeeperPLUS will take place in December. In the weeks leading up to this conversion there will be a series of online outreach for all customers on new ordering procedures via phone or web access.

For now, it’s business as usual. Your primary points of contact in Sales and Customer Service will remain the same for the time being. If you have any questions please contact your Account Rep or Customer Service at xxxxx. Thank you for your continued business.

Sincerely, Texas Archives Team
